Original characters from the movies -- still well written. Nice to see Chewie get some decent action.
New characters -- the Solo kids are portrayed well - sneaky,
cheeky; just kids (with the Force, of course). Gaeriel shows up (remember
'Truce at Bakura'?). And meet Dracmus, a female Selonian.
Cover art -- even tho' they haven't aged, I loved it. Especially
Thracken.
Chicks -- Mara and Leia (there's a brilliant 'escape from a high-rise' scene); Gaeriel (how uncomfortable can it be, meeting up with Luke after all this time?); Kalenda is still good; and Dracmus is ... um ... Selonian.
Any good? -- I usually find the middle book of a trilogy slow-moving, but not in this case. Another reason I think it should have been two books. If anything, this was better than the first book.
Read it? -- yes.
Rating -- 7 out of 10
