
Ann Crispin has been a full-time author since 1983, and is now Vice President of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America. She is a frequent guest at conventions where she often teaches writers' workshops. She lives in Maryland with her son (Jason), various animals, and Michael Capobianco (sci-fi writer and significant other). In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, sailing, camping and reading.
